Self Hypnosis Course

Learn how to use the power of your own mind to unlock your full potential. The course covers 2 evenings and includes: deep relaxation, an introduction to hypnosis, positive suggestions, how to overcome fears, phobias and addictions and stress control. A free relaxation CD and a free session of Thought Field Therapy are included in the course fee.
